QTH of my two fixed Radio-Stations
I'm active from two fixed Locations.
The first Location:
Here i do only QRP on Shortwave and some
local QSO on 2m/70cm-Band, because the Antennasituation is not the best.
The second Location:
Here i do the VHF-/UHF-DXing with good Antennas for 2m and 70cm. There
is also a Wire for Shortwave under the Roof.
Both QTH's are located in the Grid-Square JN58LJ Link .
VHF-/UHF-DX at my 2nd-QTH
Here i use a YAESU FT-736R for 2m/70cm/23cm-Band, homemade
CAT-Interface, dynamic Microfon YAESU MD-1 and a Power-Amplifier made
by HA8UG - Amplitec Link ,
Model UG2-30/500 with a Tube GI46b for 144 MHz Link
Here you can see some Pictures from inside the Amplifier Link

For 70cm i use a PA from
SSB-Electronic with max. 100 Watts Output. The Antennas are a 9 Element
Cross-Yagi from Tonna/F9FT, a 11 Element Flexa-Yagi for 144 MHz and a
19 Element Cross-Yagi from Tonna/F9FT. The Cross-Yagis are about 12m
over the Ground. On Top of the Mast is a vertical Groundplane for 144
MHz.
Preamplifiers from SSB-Electronic, SP-2000 and SP-7000 make me able to
hear
the Grass growing. For switching the PA and Preamplifier i use a
Sequencer from SSB-Electronic "DCW 15B".
QRP at my 1st-QTH
Here i use a Diamond X-30 Groundplane for 2m and 70cm local QSO. The
Transceiver is my 30 Years old ICOM IC-251E with 10 Watts Output on 144
MHz in all Modes. The Microphone is a electret Condenser Type ICOM
IC-SM5. A little GaAsFET-Preamlifier DAIWA RX-110G make the weak
Signals louder. A DAIWA SWR-/Power-Meter CN630 gives me the information
of the Output.
On Shortwave, mostly 20m-Band i do QRP with the KENWOOD TS-50S and a
dynamic Microphone. The Antenna for 20m is a 0,56m short MICROVERT
(designed by DL7PE, made by DG9MAQ). I use a "Super-MWS" designed by
DL7PE, made by DG9MAQ also. For 40m sometimes i use DL7AHW's
"Can-Tenna".
Better
QRV with less of High-Frequency than not !
